The Lynxmotion SSC has servo position feedback information that is used to update the RoboRealm servo variable if specified based on where the servo currently is. Note that if you set a servo channel to be positioned using a variable’s value you will lose manual control over that servo.

Otherwise, your computer will not talk to the board. As the servo rate can be changed the servo may not immediately adjust its position to the final destination but slowly move towards it. This input will accept any voltage between 6 lynxmoiton 9 VDC and requires only about half an amp of current.

It’s all in how you set the jumpers and what kind of power supply you use. You will notice that 2 jumpers are also in place in area 13 in the lower right hand corner. Now, you should make sure that both VSA and your computer in general have the com port that you are using set to the same Baud Rate. Only eight channels are visible at any time. The other two voltage inputs are at numbers 6 and 2. Notice the green COG box tracking your hand.

Be sure that the camera button is pressed and you have a webcam attached to your computer. It is hard to find a 4. If you find a good deal it may cost less than two conventional voltage power supplies.

This stands for Voltage Logic, or the power that will run the actual board itself and power up the chips on the board.

Everyone leaves that party happy! They are VS inputs which stands for “Voltage to Servos” The VS1 input controls all the servos in the row across the bottom of the board.

Click on each of the modules to see how we accomplished this task. There are 3 separate Voltage input areas. Whichever way it says it, those are the jumpers we are talking about. If you do not see this light flashing when moving the scroll bar around check your connections.

You have the option to turn off power to the servos while not in use thereby extending the life of the servos. It has a jack for a Serial cable. A note about current. In any case, let me show you how you would hook up your 6VDC power supply to the SSC board to run everything from this one supply.

Rate – specify the speed at which your servos should move at. Inputs – select which type of input you ssc-32 to receive. Note that you will only see COM ports that are recognized by your computer. Make sure your power supply provides enough current to drive all the servos you are using.

All it does is tie lynxmotiob all the servo outputs on the board to run from a single power supply. Let’s say that you want to ssf-32 things a bit and only use ONE power lynxmogion for everything. Again, lynxjotion sure that COM1 is set to the rate you see above Lynxmotion loses communication with roborealm I’m having an issue with the lynxmotion SSC.

The servo controller supports up to 32 channels of 1uS resolution. Current is a measure of available power. Let’s check your computer’s Com Port first. Servo controller Hi, We where wondering if instead of using a parallax server controler as we cannot find where to The answer is NO! If it is not, double click on the number it is set for and select from the drop down menu that appears.

They should come like that. Example Click here to load a configuration to move a servo in response to movement in front of the camera. You would need a power supply that can provide 6.

This setup as it is assumes that you are using 2 separate power supplies. Digital will set a one or zero. You will likely have other device names in there and maybe in a different order, but that is not important right now.

Baud Rate – Select the appropriate baud rate.

The good news is lymxmotion you do not need 3 separate power supplies. However, now I would like it to do cool st Your board will come with jumpers on, but you may not want to keep them all in place. There is no such thing as too much current. Lynxmotion SSC 2 Questions:
